This week over at I Heart Faces, it’s all about the babies! But I don’t have access to a baby until about September 1st. That is when my niece is due with her first! Baby Wyatt! I can’t wait to meet him. So for now I just have the belly shot! Be sure to check out all the other super cute baby shots over at I Heart Faces!!
That’s all I have to say! 
She will be 5 in August, and starting kindergarten!! Seriously, where does the time go? She was looking so cute today in one of her dress-up dresses, with her hair down and wavy from last night’s braid, and the light was just perfect! So, out came the camera, of course! 
Micah recently joined a band, so he needed some headshots for their flyers and such. This is what we came up with today.
We went down to the Chico State campus today to shoot an engagement session with Jenn & Eric (those teaser pix up next) and my sister watched Rachael for me while I worked. She took Rachael to The Bear in downtown Chico for some lunch, and she was so excited that she got a balloon! Anyway, when they met up with us after lunch and our shoot, I just had to get a picture of her with her precious balloon!
It’s been a while since I’ve done a self-portrait, and I was ready for a new picture. So, allow me to introduce myself…
I am not very fond of Christmas, for many reasons, but the main one being that my mom died right before Christmas, and it’s just not the same without her. So, for some reason , this year has been a little bit harder for me, even though she died 3 years ago. We’re barely over 2 weeks away, and I’m just not feelin’ it this year. So, I am trying to make it feel more like Christmas by capturing some of the beautiful colors that we see this time of year. I will try to post a picture or two each day until Christmas, and maybe then I can start getting into the spirit of Christmas!
This first one I took this morning. I see these beautiful colors right outside my office door every morning!
You know the saying “the cobbler’s children have no shoes”, well, sometimes the case with my kids is that I’m so busy that I forget to take pictures of them! So, just in time for the holidays, here are some new pictures of my children! Rachael turned 4 in August (and she still only weighs about 26 pounds), and Alexander turned 10 in June! I would like to know…where in the world does the time go? They are growing up way too fast!
