He’s the newest addition to our ever growing family! Born to my niece and her awesome boyfriend, today at 6:13p. He is 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and 18 inches long. He is so precious!!! (I just added a couple more pictures, so check ‘em out, and stay tuned next week sometime for Wyatt’s newborn session!)
You may recognize Mike and Stephanie from last October, as they were one of my first bride & grooms! I recently had a little giveaway on my Facebook Fan page, and Stephanie was the winner of that giveaway! So, we finally had the chance to meet up this past Sunday. We met at the Covered Bridge on the outskirts of Chico. I was surprised how busy it was for a Sunday evening, and because of this, our locations were limited somewhat. But we made the best of it, and I think we came out with some great shots! Little Miss “A” was so adorable, but she was not very fond of my camera! This little girl did not like to sit still. But what 1 year old could? Especially in a place where she had never been before! Too much going on, and too many things that were new to her! Anyway, on to the pictures! Enjoy!
Here is another shot from my family session last night! She is so very shy. She’d smile and play it up for me for a bit, but as soon as the shutter clicked she was looking away or head down or she stopped smiling. I happened to catch this moment while she was picking a wildflower! After she heard my shutter click, then she actually turned and smiled for me, but I love how this shot came out!
I met up with the Brilliante family this evening at the Bidwell Marina. We had fun! Little Man was such a ham. He was directing his mom and dad while I was getting some “couple” shots, and I told him I was going to hire him to be my assistant! Thank you, Brilliantes, for allowing me to capture your family!
About a month after Austin & Alyssa’s wedding, we decided to get together again. We had a lot of shots that we were unable to get due to power outages and time constraints and of course the sun going down. They we more than happy to oblige! So, here is a small sample of what we were able to re-capture!
My niece and her boyfriend are due August 28th with my great-nephew! I can’t wait to meet this little man!
That’s all I have to say! 
Yesterday, I met up with Jason and Tracy for some fun Valentine’s Day portraits! Tracy had mentioned to me that she couldn’t remember when the last time she and Jason had had pictures done together, so this session was all about them!! Though, I admit, their daughters are SO cute, that I could not resist snapping of few of them, too! SO, sit back and enjoy their sneak peek! (I did get a lot more than these, but I have to have some surprise still, right?)
I am pleased to announce $50 family mini-sessions, during 2010, for all BCSO employees and their family members!
This $50 family mini-session is for up to 6 people and includes a 30-45 minute session, and a minimum of 15 retouched portraits on a disc with printing rights!
